The show will focus on the nuances of the long and cumbersome Terms & Conditions agreements and Privacy Policies that we as digital users agree to each and every day sometimes by simply using online services. The show is documentary-style and will primarily be narrated by Ethan D. Smith. The show also will feature interviews with experts in the fields of law, data privacy, advertising, and computer programming to add voices to the discussion.

The show will be a five-part miniseries, with new episodes shared weekly on Wednesday through the end of 2019.

The show will primarily be hosted via Anchor.fm and will be available on all major podcast outlets, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Castbox, Google Podcasts, Stitcher, and RadioPublic. Each episode will be shared with detailed sources and show notes, which will be made available here on this website.
